Kimberley Barnes is a marketing professional turned debut author who knows firsthand the roller coaster of menopause. After building a successful career in marketing, including 15 years in the wine industry, she found herself navigating the unpredictable twists and turns of hot flashes, sleepless nights, and emotional turbulence.

Passionate about women’s issues and determined to break the silence around menopause, Kimberley set out to create a brutally honest, laugh-out-loud narrative for everyday superheroes.
